It is our belief that you shouldn't have to pay an arm and a leg for quality beef. Therefore we cut out the middle men providing you with a farm to table product!

How it works:

Feel free to call Chris anytime if interested in a quarter, side or full of our quality hormone and antibiotic free AAA beef , we are glad to help pass on some savings to you! Price is based on hanging weight of the animal and an agreed upon $/lb.

Butchering and processing will take place at a government inspected butcher shop where your cutting preferences will be used as instructions for the butcher.
